Vancouver is a Canadian City located on the Western Pacific Coast of the country. With all this civilizations comes diverse cooking techniques which make Vancouver Canada's Gastronomy center. 1. Five Sails

This is an award winning restaurant with scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. What's not to give if you can watch massive cruise ships glide out of the harbor as you dine on the best roasted Fraser Valley pheasant and warm, glazed Kusshi oysters in the northern hemisphere?

2. Dockside Restaurant & Brewing Company

As the name suggests, this island is located by the dock where Granville Island faces the city. Guests are treated to the panoramic views of cityscape of Yaletown, False Creek and the Mountains on the North shore.

3. Bridges Restaurant

All the gourmet diners know that the best Canadian cuisines are served at this restaurant. It is located on Granville Island, next to Granville Island Public Market. Its menu consists of freshly cut meat and vegetables. Guests get to see the Granville Street Bridge that overpasses the False Creek on to connect Granville to Downtown Vancouver.
